Is it always best to learn a language in the country where it is spoken?

There is growing sentiment today that the best way for someone who wants to improve their

, they need to come, study or work in the countries which use or spoking that

. From my point of view, I believe that opinion is true and I will discuss it in the essay.

with, the ability to use fluency in a

is depended on how often you are exposed to, used, heard and
