All the people in a company should be treated equally and provided with the same numbers of vacations in a year.To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, in every ,workplace it has been considered equality among caste, creed, gender and racism.
Although
every company has different aspects to comply with employee benefits, relatively some are at high notes for considering it and few are just touching the thread line between laws and guidelines. I strongly believe that companies should treat others equally and provide the same number of vacations. In order to have healthy work environment companies must respect and consider every aspect including the needs of employees.
Therefore
, if there is maternity leave for women workers, on the other ,hand males should
also
get leaves for taking care of themselves and their families.
For instance
, if a mother is unable to go to parent-teacher meetings,
then
the father has a chance to attend meetings for checking on his kids, and how well they are doing in their studies.
Likewise
, if there is the type of working post which is paid less they
also
have the right to take a vacation in order to take care of loved ones. Drastically, where the world is growing more some are still in the old phase of restricting things unnecessarily.
In addition
, some companies ignore the emergency one would have and are concerned about their productivity. In some ,research it has been shown that happy employees can work concentrated and get the highest results. Ignoring the fact that someone is in need would lead to emotional and physical damage which will be seen in future. Comparing both the facts I would like to add that machines need to get rebooted or refreshed, which means needs to update in a timely. Considering that employees are
also
human, they
also
need refreshments at some point.
