Two weeks ago you bought a radio from a local branch of a well-known chain of shops. It did not work properly. The shop took it back and said they would repair it. You have waited a week and it is still not ready. Write a letter to the shop. In your letter say what has happened and how you feel ask them to explain why there has been a delay ask them to repair the radio very quickly or to supply you with a new radio

Dear Sir, I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with your repair service. About two weeks ago I returned my radio in order to repair it. As I told your assistant the radio suddenly stopped working. I tried to sort it out, I was even researching on the internet, but nothing worked. I thought that a well-known chain like yours would have fixed the problem in a very short measure of time, but I think now that I was mistaken. I am starting to feel a little bit frustrated since I haven’t received any communication from you. I would like to know why it has taken so long to repair. It would be very nice of you to look into

matter at your earliest. I would be grateful if you could at least supply me with a new radio as I wait for the other one to be repaired. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully David Vega
