You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter say where you think you left the papers explain why they are so important tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing
this
letter to you because I had a meeting in the hotel yesterday. I stayed one night, and unfortunately, I left my documents in my room. I stayed in room 201 on the second floor. I checked in at the hotel around 4pm on March 21,2023 and checked out on March 22,2023 at noon.
While
I was leaving my room, I have my important file in my hand and I got a call from my client regarding the meeting we just had. So, probably I put my file on the desk next to the main door. These documents are extremely important as they have my company's upcoming project agreement papers, without which, it is impossible to start the project. I will be sending my office helper to your hotel next week. Would you please keep that file somewhere safe, like in your office for about a week

A person who will be coming to pick up those papers will tell you the specifications of the file and the paper in the file. I would be thankful to you to keep my file safe. Regards, Jaskirat

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
