Dear Sir, My name is Heena Chadda, your

year student of Indian cooking Practice. I am writing

letter to express my satisfaction regarding the course of Indian appetizers at your school.  It made me able to make more than 30 snacks and I felt fortunate now to have these culinary skills in my hand. After completion, everyone now wants me to make delicious unique dishes for them that they have not tried before. Since I have learnt cooking, the kitchen now has become my department at my home. Even though, I got a job as a chef in a five-star restaurant and making various stater has become my daily routine now. I would like to it would be highly beneficial if your school provide other courses

as Chinese, Italian, and Mexican.

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
