,essay I will be talking about the same. First and foremost, smoking cigarettes or any kind of smoke can be crucial to the health of the person. It destroys the cells of the lungs making it inefficient to work properly inviting several respiratory tract diseases.

of which patients with COPD, heart failure and various diseases associated with the lungs had drastically shoot-up.
