You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter • say what the participants liked about the hotel • explain why they were unhappy about the food • suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

Dear Sir or Madam, I am Ella Khin from Carousell, writing
this
letter to express a few concerns about the cuisines with regards to a full-day meeting which we reserved at your hotel on 20th of April.
Firstly
, I would like to thank you for your great amenity and kind hospitality as most of our guests enjoyed the facilities, the atmosphere and the
overall
experience of spending time there. It was crystal clear that all staff were well-trained so that they offered impressive service on time and efficiently.
However
, there were complaints from everyone at the meeting about the quality of the meal which was less than our expectations.
In particular
, they did not like the taste of fish cuisines which were salty and spicy.
Moreover
, the rice was served cold which made them almost inedible. If I may suggest to your hotel, please ask your chef to check the supply of food in the kitchen and to taste all the dishes before serving them to guests.
Also
, your serving room might need some system to keep the meals warm for a longer period. I hope you will settle these matters in future. Yours Faithfully, Ella Khin
