Obesity is now a major global epidemic. Why do you think this is happening? What solutions can you suggest?

These days a number of citizens are diagnosed with
obesity
. To substantiate my point of view, I want to add that
last
week I read breaking news about a figure of
people
with
obesity
, published by “The New York Times” magazine. The writer conducted a survey among a number of citizens around the world and made a conclusion that 40% of
people
are still struggling with
obesity
since that disease was discovered.
To begin
with, the predominant reason that causes
obesity
is food.
People
gain
weight
when they eat more calories than they burn through activity.
This
imbalance is the greatest contributor to obtaining
weight
. If
people
do not have a proper strategy for eating and do not follow a balanced diet, they will gain the proper consequences, namely
weight
accumulation. Even though
people
do not have relevant knowledge of
weight
accumulation and nutrition, they will acknowledge the fact that it is vital to be educated on that topic. I believe it is one effective solution. The second core reason I would like to emphasise is the prohibition. I am pretty confident about it, without a shadow of a doubt, on account of personal instance. To be more specific, prohibitions are always consequences with negative shadows. When
people
afford to prohibit attending a fast food restaurant with a scrumptious meal, they automatically give themselves a likelihood of an addiction rate acceleration.
Overall
, it is essential to be more educated about our physical and inner health, about the reasons for
obesity
and be able to solve existing issues regarding the body as rapidly as possible.
