Nowdays people began to think,is freedom of speech vital on free society? There almost 8 billion people in the world, and unfortunately not everyone has the right to freedom of speech. In many underdeveloped countries , in there society there is no concept of freedom of speech, they under dictatorship of one “ruler”.
