De Alex, It is with great joy I write to you. Congratulations on your admission to Nottingham Trent University. It is a very good university with a beautiful environment and social life. To starts with, During my study at the university I lived in a student Lodge which is seven minutes walking distance from my campus. It was a studio apartment where the kitchen is in the room and ensuite.
This
gave me enough privacy because I did not need to share any facility with any other person. Being a student Lodge
also
provided the right environment because everyone is studying.
However
, getting accommodation is not easy but, it can definitely be achieved by having the right information. I suggest you start searching before the resumption date. There are applications which make it easy to search.
For example
; Zoopla, right move, and a lot more. The school accommodation website could
also
be of great help to authentic agents. I recommend the use of the school's accommodation website they understand the situation of a student better.
Lastly
, there are some things you need to look out for to avoid issues in the future or during your tenancy. Always read the tenancy agreement thoroughly to understand every clause and your rights as a tenant.
Also
, some students prefer to view a property virtually which in most cases does not meet their expectations. I advise that you conduct a physical viewing and ask every question you have. I wish you the very best during your course. Yours sincerely, Jenny Broadhurst
