who re-offend. There are two main causes of the phenomenon.

are not given a chance to retrain and learn new skills for their future or develop a deeper understanding of correct moral behaviour and

who re-offend is to have more supervision and checks in place when they are back in society. The solution would hopefully prevent them from taking any chances and deter them from reoffending because they are being so closely watched. In conclusion, having training in

are released is effective in dealing with the issue. If governments implemented these solutions, crime figures would soon drop.

It is irrefutable fact that children always were and will be the future of the nation which is debatable and now has become more controversial. Some masses believe that the ladder to success goes through competition and youngsters should be encouraged by their parents and teachers while others assume that being cooperative is the key to success. In my opinion, the former preposition appears more rational and in this essay, I will shed light on both sides and thus leading to a logical conclusion.

One of the widely discussed issues nowadays is that governments of wealthy countries should take more obligation for assisting impoverished countries in such areas. Now people are beginning to realize that development depends on the joint efforts of a large number of different groups. Personally, I tend to think that everyone should assist to each other in difficult times.
