Dear Navid,
I am really grateful for your offer. Before you told me that you help me to find proper accommodation, I was terrified as I haven't had the experience of living in another city. But now, I feel relief.
I want to live in a decent neighbourhood in which I can find many amenities.
Also
, it is really important for me that I can go to work conveniently, so easy access to public transportation is the most important feature.
In terms of accommodation itself, I prefer a studio as I can't afford apartments. The place should have a balcony and lots of windows because dark places always make me miserable. It is better that the flat be furnished, and having an air conditioner is preferable, and I don't need a washing machine. Let me know if you found a suitable flat. I really appreciate the effort, and I definitely owe you one.
Best Regards
