some argue that the online working mode may have some adverse effects,

as reducing interactive opportunities among colleagues, I believe that the benefits of online

meetings

outweigh its drawbacks. In

essay, I will explain my opinion primarily from the efficiency perspective. Admittedly, shifting the workplace from the office to the Internet may create distance among workers and potentially reduce their motivation during
