Dear sir, I write to inform you of my desire to work at the head office for a period of six months, starting from June to November 2023. The developer of COSTA1, the new data analysis and presentation software the company will fully migrate to by next year will be working at the head office from April 2023 to March 2024. I plan to take advantage of his presence to improve my proficiency in the use of the software, which, in turn, will equip me to train other users and manage challenges that may arise from its use at the branch.
While
 I am away, I plan to log in remotely to the branch and carry out my daily task to ensure my absence does not obstruct operations. I humbly request that you liaise with the Admin And Human Resource departments to facilitate

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
