who opine that an individual’s personality and values can be deduced / inferred from the

they commonly wear. I do not fully agree with

view.

People

are not always able to wear

clothes

of their

choice

For example

, a young girl may be very modern in their outlook and may want to wear stylish, modern

clothes

, her parents may force her to wear very traditional garments. In

this

case, we cannot infer much about her culture or character from her clothing.

Likewise

, many Muslim girls are forced to wear a burka.

This

does not always mean that they are conservative. Sometimes, they have no other

choice

. In the same way, there is no guarantee that someone wearing very simple

clothes

is actually poor or uneducated. It could be a

choice

Clothes

can lie. Having said that, there are still a few things we can learn about a person from their style of clothing.

For example

, an impeccably dressed person usually pays great attention to detail.

Likewise

who prefer comfortable clothing to stylish wear may be easygoing and practical. In the same way, extravagant clothing may be a sign of vanity.

, it is wrong to assume that we can fully deduce their culture or character from their

It was late 2017. I was a high school senior. Four of us from the science club developed a raw working model of a Jet Engine for a science fair. While the other members of the group were involved primarily in its fabrication, my role, given my penchant for physics, was specifically to research and build the theoretical model of the engine, and then make an analytical assessment of its thrust, which I, in the hindsight, did exceptionally well for a high school student. I also served as the lead presenter at the fair. We won the People’s Choice Award, and my interest in Aerospace Engineering was cemented. In early 2018, I became the National Champion in the Nepal Physics Olympiad, and it hugely boosted my confidence to succeed in a demanding undergraduate aerospace curriculum.

Years ago, before technology consumed a big portion of individuals’ lives, every person was forced to rely on their own abilities, which somehow resulted in creative minds. These days, life is so much easier with the help of cutting-edge technologies. Online translators, for example, are popular tools among students to find answers as they no longer need to manually open dictionaries or other books to help them with school assignments. However, this trend also generates a decreasing level of knowledge acquisition skills in their daily routines.

In recent times, people have argued that the best method to decrease poverty in developing countries is by giving up to six years of free education in order that they can at least read, write and use numbers. From my point of view, I consider myself as an advocate of this idea.

Due to the surging health issues caused by excessive sugar consumption, many advocate increasing the price of sugary products. I believe that imposing higher prices on products with certain levels of sugar will eventually produce a healthier generation.

At a time when developed countries are giving importance to economic development, there are different voices of citizens who say that the progress of the other side is also playing an important role in that country.
