Dear
Course
Director, I hope
this
letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I wanted to take a moment to write to you and express my sincere gratitude for the amazing cookery
course
that your school provided me with. I recently completed the
course
, and it has been an incredible experience. I learned so much about different cuisines, culinary techniques, and
ingredients
. The
course
has helped me become more confident and creative in the kitchen. Since completing the
course
, I have cooked multiple times every week and have tried many new recipes. The
course
has given me the knowledge and skills to experiment with different
ingredients
and flavours, which has made cooking a lot of fun. The feedback I have received from my friends and family has been overwhelmingly positive, which
further
motivates me to continue
this
newfound passion. In terms of suggestions, I would love to see the school offer a "Farm to Table"
course
that focuses on using locally-sourced
ingredients
. The trend of using locally-sourced, seasonal
ingredients
has been on the rise. It's not only environmentally friendly, but it
also
helps support local businesses and farmers. Once again, thank you for providing me with an incredible experience, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Jehoshaphat Mtetwa

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
