You live in a small neighbourhood. An abandoned piece of land around the corner is not being utilized effectively. The council has sent out an opinion survey to see what the residents would like to use that area for. Option A: Children’s playground: This playground would include swingset, basketball court, baseball field and a skating arena. Option B: Health club: This health club would include sports facilities, personal training and group exercise classes.

I personally feel that the health club is more suitable for our requirements. Tough the other choice is almost equally appealing, I would elucidate a couple of reasons to substantiate my argument.
