You have just returned from a holiday. You are unhappy with the quality of the hotel you stayed in and want to complain to the travel agency that arranged the holiday.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express disappointment during my
last
trip to Niagra through your travel agency on 29th May. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted to surprise him by booking a room with a fall look in it. One of my friends recommended me VINI Travel Agency as one of the best in town. I made the booking with your agency to the Marriot hotel and your team assured me that they will surely get me a room with a view of the falls. As I and my husband reached there we could not find any scenic view outside the window. When I talked to the manager he said all the rooms to the falls view are full.
This
ruined all my excitement and
further
plans as I had paid $400 for that particular room. I would like your company to give me compensation either by giving credit or future use or any discounts on future travel. I will look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, Jashanpreet Kaur
