You brought mobile phone from wallmart store recently it is no longer working properly write a letter to the manager

The purpose of writing
this
letter is about the Mobile phone which I bought from your Newyork store on 31-May-2023. Let me provide you with detail, it's Sony Xperia 220 and the serial number is 1123423.
Although
this
is the latest model running in the current market now and I was very much excited about having it, in the last
3 days there were some glitches have been noticed while
using it. The camera of the mobile suddenly get blurred which decreased the picture quality, apart from that, it heated up very quickly and hung the screen which requires a reboot to function back. Initially
, I thought it could be a firmware version issue, but after investing in the internet it seems like a hardware issue.
