 provided map illustrates the plans for building a new shopping
mall
 in the town.It is obvious that two places,S1,and S, are available for
this
 purpose based on the decision of the
city
 planners. The first region, S1, is just north of the
city
 centre, above the railway which runs from the southeast to the northwest of the
City
, and it is closer to the river relative to S2.If the
mall
 is built in
this
 area, it will be next to the housing estate,providing easy access to shopping for the people living in the housing estate and the
city
 centre. The second proposed region for the
mall
 construction,S2, is in the southeast of the town, nearer to the industrial estate compared to,S1.
In addition
 to that the main road goes through the
city
 and passes beside both of them,S1,and,S2,
hence
 facilitating access to it.
Moreover
,a big golf course and park exist in the West area, preventing it from being a site to build the
mall
.
