Brandfield.

comparisons where relevant.
This
provided map illustrates the plans for building a new mall in the town based on the decision of the
city
planners. It is obvious that two available places for
this
purpose, the first one,S1, is in the northwest of the
City
,
whereas
the second is in the southeast of it. First of all, the location of, S1, is just above the railway which runs from the southeast to the northwest, it is closer to the river compared to, S2, the region which is away from it.If it is built in
this
area, it will be next to the housing estate and above the
city
centre, providing easy access to shopping for the people living in
this
place. The second proposed area for the construction of the mall, S2, is next to the railway, in the southeast of the
City
centre.
However
, it is closer to the industrial estate, it is very far from the housing estate.
In addition
to that, the main road goes through the
City
and passes beside both sites resulting in easy access to the way.
Moreover
, a large golf course and park exist on the west side, preventing it from being a site to build the mall.
