Some people like to work in company which offer high salaries, other prefer working in a company which offer good working atmosphere. What do you think. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In modern society, many

considerable because they believe that the goal of working is to gain money as much as they can. Others argue salary is not the main aspect of choosing a
job
. These
people
prefer to have a workplace which offers a good working atmosphere. The following essay will discuss both points of view and present my point of view. On the one hand, it is undeniable that having a great wage is one of the most reasons why
people
choose a
job
in a company. Having a great income guarantees a better life and puts forward prosperity. To exemplify,
people
with their past background who have struggled and
also
spent a large number of money to have well education will prefer to choose a company which offered high wages. These conditions lead
people
to work in companies which offer high
salaries
because they want to get back the money that they had spent.
As a result
, they get a better life than they had before.
However
,
on the other hand
, many others believe that rather than get paid high
salaries
they prefer to have work which offers a good working atmosphere. A good working atmosphere can make the
people
more comfortable to work and increase their productivity.
For instance
, having a workplace environment with nice workmates and supporting each other makes
people
feel convenient. In conclusion,
while
choosing a
job
which offers high
salaries
guarantee
people
a better life, some believe that feeling convenient in a workplace is a more important factor for looking for a
job
. In my view, having a good working environment is the first consideration rather than getting paid with high
salaries
.
