The given line graph illustrates how many crimes happened in the centre of New Port over a period of 10 years between 2003 and 2012. Units are measured by number of incidents.

, it can clearly be seen that burglary
is the highest crime at the beginning of the period, but it changed to car
theft
in 2012.
In terms of burglary
as the biggest number of tragedies, started at almost 3.500, followed by car
theft
at around 2.750. In the next year, burglary
increased slightly and reached a peak of approximately 3.750 while
car
theft
remained stable. From this
year until 2008, burglary
dropped dramatically to just precisely 1.200 and it was overtaken by car
theft
as the most frequent incident at over 2.000. From this
point onwards, both burglary
and car
theft
experienced a small incline and ended at almost 1.500 and 2.750, respectively.
