Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing

letter to express my worries about an undelivered order I have purchased it before.
Last
week on Thursday, I ordered a question bank book for the National Board of Dental Examination test. through your store's website and until now nothing deliver to me. The book is yellow in colour, and it has 20 sample tests in it from the past 10 years
along with
their answers.
This
resource is of big importance to me because I have been studying for 6 months now, and I need to practice before I set for the test. Actually, it was referred to me by a friend who has already past the exam. That being said, I am kindly asking you to do the necessary arrangements to fix
this
issue as soon as possible and make sure that
this
book reaches me within 3 days of reading
this
letter because I am taking an exam next month. If not,
then
I will have to cancel, and order a new one from a different store. I looking forward to hearing a solution from your side. yours faithfully, John Walker
