catfishing and privacy issues are some drawbacks.

because of how fast and easy it is to communicate through mobile phones. These days

can just get to know others at their homes, they do not need to go out anymore.

Furthermore

the variety of dating apps

can meet many other

from different cultures.

had to travel for that but right now a person can just download a dating app on their phones.

, there are some negative consequences of developing relationships only through

on those apps have wrong intentions, they hide their real identities and just use

can steal private information from a person and use it to blackmail them.

To conclude

although

communicating and developing new relationships with the help of

can be a very interesting experience
