You had a problem while staying at a hotel and the receptionist was very helpful. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter, – describe the problem that you had – explain how the receptionist helped you – suggest ways to prevent the problem from happening again.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to give you feedback on my stay at your hotel and give a compliment to the receptionist who helped me to solve my problem during my stay at your hotel.
I had an exam the day after my stay.I had a lot of material to study.but people who booked the next room played loud music;therefore
,made it difficult for me to concentrate on my study.I even knock on their room and told them to keep the sound low but they just avoid it.
When I informed the receptionist, she immediately contacted them. She told them that they have to respect other people who are spending nights at the hotel. She said if you are unable to cooperate with the management, they can leave the room. Otherwise
,we have to call the cops. After
this
incident,they stopped playing loud music.
I suggest you make some rules and implement them. For example
,no loud music after 10P.M. or put some security persons who can check that everyone is following the rules. Moreover
,you should take serious actions who break this
law.
Yours faithfully,
