Some people say that music is a good way of bringing people of different cultures and ages together. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience

Music
is a tool by which
people
from different cultures and age groups can unify together,
this
is a common belief by some
people
. In my opinion, I strongly agree. For many years,
music
was one of the criteria by which you can know and understand some
people
’s
culture
or background.
For example
, if you hear a particular melody, you can relate it to a specific group of
people
or
culture
. The
music
of South Egypt differs from the Mediterranean.
On the other hand
, the
music
of South Egypt is so close to the
music
of many African countries.
Moreover
, you can unify
people
under the
music
umbrella.
However
, you can find different kinds of
music
in the same country. Not only does each type identify the environmental nature of these
people
, but
also
it reflects their
culture
and belonging. Today, I watched a concert for Mohamed Mounir, one of the most famous singers in Egypt. The orchestra contains musicians from different countries. The singer himself is Egyptian Nubian,
however
, the orchestra has
people
from 10 different countries. Some of them were from Germany, others were Arabs and, surprisingly, the solo violin musician was from Tokyo. Years back, Mounir used to make concerts in Berlin,
although
most of the attendees could not understand Arabic, his concerts had been fully booked months before.
Music
is an easy language that brings
people
together.
For example
, I myself enjoy French classical
music
a lot, but I cannot understand French well. Some instruments belong to a special
culture
more than others. The harp is a symbol of ancient Egyptian
music
.
On the other hand
, the tambourine belongs to the Nubian and Sudanese cultures.
To sum up
, In my opinion, we can use
music
to unify nations. The arts in general, is a great opportunity to dissolve the conflicts and differences between us. It makes us feel uniquely dissolved in each other.
