Some claim that total amount of people in their old ages make issues towards the authorities, while others believe that it is advantageous when community comprises with high amount of older people. It is believed by some that success can be achieved by hard work and determination, whereas others say that money and good looks can lead to success. This essay will discuss both these views. I personally believe that more often success comes from hard work and perseverance and only on some odd occasion money and looks can play a role.
