However, potential adversity of using this feature should be taken into consideration.

It is seen that there is an Incline in the amount of crime rate per year. Few think that it is better to give the death penalty, while others argue that alternate measures can be taken. The first group of people believe in taking an extreme approach when punishing criminals while others believe in adopting other techniques.
