new and save your time studying. Just want to let you know about my experience in renting maybe can help you. First of all, I lived near to the university , in an area called York, which can reach within 3 mins walk on foot, a basement of an old house, but it's fixed to look like new and the landlord is quiet, which is important for students to focus and as you know it's annoying to move from time to time. If you have any websites search carefully because there are many scammers that talk to you from fake accounts to take money, so I've advised you to try Marketplace on Facebook, it's so easy to use actually, I rented through it.
Besides
that, should be sure when you sign the contract of lease read it before, and be sure who will pay the utilities , ask about laundry is it shared or not? and put all
