write a letter to Manager requesting for payslips
Hi Pankaj,
I am not able to continue my work peacefully at the client's location and feel very much insecure to work with Infobeans.
The reason behind
this
is I have not received any payslip from the month of joining. I have raised an HR ticket and it's been on hold & no update for the past 3months. Moreover
, they closed the ticket thrice without any reason.
Ticket numbers: #9509 & #9508
Another bothering concern to me is that in the HR tickets ,conversation they clearly stated twice "that I am a contractor for Infobeans and a professional fee is being paid instead
of salary. This
was not mentioned in the offer letter nor there is no communication from the HR team on this
.
Please find the below conversation snippets.
I would like to request you check with the respective teams and provide some solutions to the above two issues. As they are not responding to me properly and closing the tickets without any resolution.Submitted by KHADAR.VALI9988 on

The Greeting
Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.
Always start an informal letter in the ways:
- Dear + name
- Hi / Hello + name
‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.
For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:
- Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
- Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
