You were advised by your doctor that you need to do more physical exercises. Write a letter to your friend asking him to join you. Why you want to do physical exercise. What type of physical exercises you are planning to do? Why do you want your friend to join you?

Dear Olivia, It's been a long time since we
last
spoke, I hope you're doing great. I'm writing to ask you to join me in my exercise routine which I'll be starting on the 1st of August. The main reason I chose to start exercising is because my doctor advised me to reduce my weight. Lately, I've been feeling breathless and find it difficult to climb the stairs. I believe all these symptoms are all
due to
my increased body mass. Basically, my plan is to start with cardio exercises like running on the treadmill for half an hour, and
then
progress to mild weight lifting. I
also
planned to include some stretching. To do
this
, I registered for a one-week yoga program which will begin on the 2nd of May. It won't be a bad idea if you join me in my weight loss journey. Exercising alone can be really boring but having you as my partner will not only boost my confidence, but it will
also
make it fun to exercise. I believe we make a great team and I hope to hear from you soon. Best regards, Diana.
