You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking. Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter -Say which part-time course you booked -Explain why you need to cancel your booking -Ask about booking a different course

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inform you that I would like to cancel my booking of a course. I have booked a six-month chief accountant course at your college which will be run from June to December
this
year. I have looked forward to attending
this
class, as it is advertised to be taught by world-class accounting professors and beneficial for my employment advancement.
However
, my company has informed me that I am assigned to work overseas during that time as a part of the training process for me to be promoted to a higher position.
Therefore
, I apologise that I have to abandon the course. I wonder whether your institution has a similar program next year so that I can book. I have not had any plans for next year, I,
therefore
, can study at whatever time you have, and if there is, I would like to transfer my deposit to that class. I am looking forward to receiving your prompt response. Yours faithfully, Maria Do
