You have been doing some voluntary work to help your local community. However, now you are unable to continue doing this work. Write a letter to the manager of the organization where you have been working. In your letter: •describe the work you have been doing •explain why you can no longer do this work •recommend another person who is interested in the work

Dear Sir, I hope
this
letter finds you in good health. I am writing
this
letter to inform you that I would not be able to continue my job as the head of a department that mainly concerns with the amenities of local society. I have always helped my local community immensely and it has sufficed me a lot. But unfortunately, I would not be able to continue my services anymore. As I applied for Canadian immigration to pursue my job there. Luckily, my all documents have been ratified and I cleared all exams in the first attempt. I feel delighted and sorrowed at the same time. It's not easy to leave my own country and people for whom I have always loved working.
Conversely
, my dream goal has come true and I feel ecstatic.
Nonetheless
, my very close and philanthropic friend who has always been invested in voluntary work needs to replace me. He is definitely competent and suitable for
this
work. Waiting patiently for your good response. Thank you in anticipation. Yours faithfully, Kaswa Ahmed.
