 Karl, I am writing to request permission to use one of the company rooms with my co-workers. As we are hosting the next presentation for an upcoming project. We want to use the conference room, which is on the second floor of the company premises. As the project is very important to us, we need some privacy to discuss important issues with each other. I know the area is too busy as other groups

 suppose to make their presentation. We required the room just for two days in the evening time. The conference room is perfect to hold any type of meeting. In order to complete our presentation, we will be required to have a whiteboard attached to the computer. It will be helpful for us to get a better idea of our work. We would like to have an internet connection in order, to pursue some of our research to get exact ideas for our work. We assure to maintain the same condition of the area. Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
