According to
the proposed plans, around the roundabout new
houses
and some shops will be built to replace the factories,
while
a medical centre will be constructed to the southeast. There will be two new roads splitting off from the roundabout with
houses
along them,

a new, smaller roundabout will be erected in the south. The eastern road will have housing on either side, a playground to the north, and a school
at the end
of it. In the north, the agricultural land will be reduced in size to make way for
houses
and a bridge will be constructed, allowing access to
this
new residential area.
