 culture. Working remotely provides flexibility to

For example

 saves commute times for all families and they can use it for their own needs. Numerous studies have shown that working from

 improves relationships as people can spend more time together.

 brings more collaboration and productivity. A recent study from the University of Southern California shows that workforce productivity drops significantly when they don't
