It is important for people to take risks, both in their professional lives and their personal lives. Do you think the advantages of taking risks outweigh the disadvantages?

In today's ,era it is important to make some risky moves in a career
as well as
in personal life.
Although
this
may harm the person in the short term, it allows them to create new
opportunities
and I believe these advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. First and foremost, making risky moves may hurt a person in the short term.
For instance
, adults who are controlled by their parents because they still receive financial support from them. If they stop relying on their parents so that they can be free to go after their dreams. They may face the short-term downside of losing apply their parents' money provides. The same can be true of making a career change that involves a big pay cut.
However
, I do not think that a short-term sacrifice should be seen as a major disadvantage in life because it can pay off greatly in future.
On the other hand
, risk brings
opportunities
. To cite an example, if Mark Zuckerberg hadn't dropped out of Harvard to focus on building Facebook, it could have been another platform, rather than Facebook that become the world's biggest social media giant,
Furthermore
, if Elon Musk hadn't dropped out of Stanford to focus on building tesla, it
also
can have been on something different, rather than tesla, spacex, online city zip2 and many more like
this
which has become the greatest companies of all time. I think that
opportunities
like these are extremely important because they can be life-changing. In Conclusion,
Although
taking risks may harm people in the short term, I believe
this
downside is greatly outweighed by the upside that the risk they take can create life-changing
opportunities
for them.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
