Over the past decade,
climate
change
has become a prevalent and publicly recognized phenomenon.
While
finding a way to live with global warming appears reasonable, ample evidence suggests that the opposite is true. To a certain extent, I agree that may be true in the case of some societies.
However

. On the one hand, there are some reasons why I disagree that individuals simply try to live with

.
Firstly
, there is no doubt that global warming will not do us any good. Under certain assumptions,

well-being.
On the other hand
, there are more compelling reasons why I firmly believe that authorities and individuals should protect the environment. The first reason is related to the air problem.
This
might be explained by the fact that air pollution has been a serious concern recently,
therefore
, governments should make a plan to protect plants and animals.
Furthermore
, investing in renewable energy is of great importance as fossil fuels are a part that causes

Hence

For instance
, once I engaged my mother in a volunteer tree planting campaign. The trip taught me a great lesson:by planting more trees and littering the prescribed places, people can prevent
climate
change
. In conclusion, for the reasons I have mentioned above, I strongly believe that authorities should raise awareness of environmental issues rather than people simply living with the carbon dioxide emissions

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
