In your letter suggest how you can help her in her home say why you would like to do this work explain when you will and will not be available

Dear Mrs Barrette, I am writing in connection with a commercial that you have done recently to enquire about the possibility of helping you at your home. I am a 33-year-old wisdom electrical engineer with a wide range of valuable experiences in installation, Checking and running different types of electronic and electrical devices.
Therefore
, I am able to support you to know how you can install your appliances
such
as vacuum, refrigerator and television.
Moreover
, since I have been living in a villa, your gardening issues can be solved by the previous knowledge that I gained in my garden.
Hence
, I am enthusiastic about helping you because the atmosphere of our city is bitterly friendly. Considering
this
, our cultural and social etiquette allows us to give a hand to those who are really needed.
In addition
, I would like to help non-speaking Persian immigrants who immigrated to our town and are not familiar with technical matters and do not know how they should deal with difficulties like the installation of furnishers. Taking into consideration abovesaid, as I mentioned before, I have been working in a sophisticated industrial complex and it takes about 8 hours per day. My routine starts from 6 AM - 6 PM and I am not available at
this
specific time. My abilities are accessible in my leisure time, especially in the afternoon between 7:00 PM- 9:00 PM. SO, it would be much appreciated if you let me know if
this
time is appropriate to help you that you require in your home. Best Regards

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
