There are many reasons behind this
phenomenon that more people
are choosing to hire a fitness
trainer nowadays. One major concern is that traditional sports

as baseball and football, have to be played together by many people
, which is hard to achieve in many communities. That is
because people

generation are under intensive work pressure with an extended work time, leading to a little amount of time for exercise
and sports
. Under this
situation, it has become hard to find a common free time among a group of individuals, making it impossible for sports
fans to gain enough routine exercise

, it usually requires more than ten people
to play a soccer or basketball game, while
doing exercise
under professional advice has fewer requirements on the number of people
, thereby, it is reasonable that more people
prefer to give up sports
nowadays.
From my perspective, I believe this
is a positive trend, as personal fitness
trainers are more professional, and therefore
, can provide a more promising fitting result. That means professional trainers can establish a plan according to
our personal physical conditions, adjust the schedule to fit our daily routines, and adapt the exercise
severity during the process. As a result
, our personal requirements are fully considered when we get fit, companied with other suggestions given by the trainer, such
as proper food recipes, making it more possible to achieve our fitness
goal and witness the physical change of our bodies. For instance
, I successfully lost more than ten kilograms in the last

advisor, even though nothing notable was achieved when I tried to shape my body for three years before doing sports
