is not profitable for them, their priority will change. Living costs are increasing daily, so

can be one of the most critical factors for a comfortable life. The

environment

remains constant without encouragement and promotion, you probably do not feel the need to
work
hard.
Also
, if you know you will get a salary increase with regularity and high efficiency, you will

harder. Many jobs are demanding and harmful;

, doctors and nurses are constantly involved with much stress, construction workers may not be able to

if something happens to them, or psychologists may have mental illnesses after a

Such
jobs should have proper salaries because they are essential
people
in society, and their working
conditions
are challenging.

, many expectations are realistic.

are very suitable, there are still
people
whose criteria are different from others or beyond the employer's ability. The

are compatible. So our expectations are only sometimes realistic.
