Nowadays many people prefer to use private cars. What problems has this trend created? What solutions can you suggest?

The use of private transportation especially cars has now skyrocketed ever since it is affordable for every family class. Even though it gives a positive impact on society and the economy, many scientists believe that it has scarce the environment in various ways. First and foremost, it is obvious that carbon dioxide emitted from these vehicles contributes to the greenhouse effect.
Due to
energy received from the Sun to the particles, it will eventually form radical particles which erode the atmosphere causing more harmful rays including UV rays to reach the earth. If viewed from a bigger picture, more severe skin cancer will affect us if we refuse to wear sunscreen. Other than that, increasing the number of cars in highly-dense cities can cause traffic jams which is a pain in the neck. Many people are unaware of the fact that being in a car for a long period can cause many problems including breathlessness and anxiety because, in an enclosed space, our mental well-being tends to drift away. To overcome
this
obstacle, the government should improve public transportation in terms of cleanliness, punctuality and safety. Many people avoid using
this
facility because crimes happen to innocent victims primarily women. So, by improvising these aspects, it can reduce traffic problems
as well as
air pollution.
Moreover
, the government should imply car dealerships impose higher tax rates on buyers specifically those who live in big cities to reduce air pollution and to generate the economy from fares taken to use that public transportation.
