Scientific
research
plays an important role in the development of a country. There are two schools of thought regarding it. The following paragraphs in
this
passage will provide a discussion on whether
this
work should be progressed by the local institutes or not.
Firstly
, there are a few people who believe it is an important initiative for the federal state to take control over all the activities within their country.
Moreover
, In their opinion,
research
carried out by
such
organizations would provide a way for planning and developing possible solutions across the country.
Moreover
, the leading departments can provide the required resources
such
as equipment and space to carry out the process.
Additionally
, Some of the equipment like GPUs and TPUs are quite expensive and unaffordable by private firms.
Secondly
, the small firm may be stable enough to launch an investigation, but at a later stage they are the owner and they may stop others to work in the domain
due to
copyright issues.
In addition
, their
research
work could be their property and there the venue for learning and digging more could be stopped
due to
lack of researchers. Because of the availability of workers 24/7 the provincial or federal level sections might not stop ,
instead
they would have an encouraging attitude.
Furthermore
, I would sum up in favour of governmental control of scientific
research
. The reason is it would provide a lot of jobs for unemployed people. The controlled experimental conditions would be able to invest the desired amount of time and effort to come up with the best solution. The government is
also
capable of issuing incentives to the pupils,
on the contrary
, small companies might not encourage their people like they should ,
as a result
of which they would not succeed to achieve their milestones.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
