Two weeks ago you bought a radio from a local branch of a well-known chain of shops. It did not work properly. The shop took it back and said they would repair it. You have waited a week and it is still not ready. Write a letter to the shop. In your letter say what has happened and how you feel ask them to explain why there has been a delay ask them to repair the radio very quickly or to supply you with a new radio

Dear Sir or Madam, I visited the Croma store located in south Delhi near Anytime Fitness. During my visit, I was shown many radios of different brands and I opted for the Boat. But only two weeks after the purchase the product had some manufacturing issues, and the service center employees said it will fixed and returned in a short duration of time.
However
, it has already been a week since I visited the repair shop, and haven't heard back from the workers. It is quite upsetting because the organization is known for its on-time delivery of the service as they promise.
In addition
, can I get some intel on why there has been
such
a long wait for my radio to be fixed?
Furthermore
, I would request you to deliver me the gadget as soon as possible or either provide me with a new sealed pack product, as I wanted to gift
this
to my nephew on his 16th birthday which is in two days. Warm Regards, Pulkit Katira.
