is higher than those staying on an island
in 2010, it becomes reverse after 2016.
In 2010, 1 million
tourists
visit a particular Caribbean island
. Among them, 0.75 million
stay on it while
0.25 million
stay on a cruise ship
. Then
, people
who came to the island
went up and reached 1.5 million
in 2012. However
, those people
who stayed on it remained at the same level until 2011 and increased to 1.5 million
in 2013. Meanwhile, the figure for visitors staying on a ship
fluctuates between 0.25 million
to 0.5 million
from 2010 to 2013.
Then
, there was a significant rise in the total number of tourists
from 1.5 million
to 3.5 million
in the following years.On the other hand
, the millions of tourists
staying on a ship
was stable at 1.5 million
and those staying on the island
rose obviously to about 1.5 million
