The issue of gay marriage remains controversial. Some people think that this trend has adverse effects on the society while others believe that it is seen as a natural trend and right for people to choose this type of marriage. Should gay marriage be legal? Give reasons for your answer, and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Recently the phenomenon has aroused wide concern about considering whether gay
marriage
should be legal for
people
or not.
Although
the commonly accepted assumption is that every mankind has an equal right to be married, a recent investigation has demonstrated that sexual disorientation could bring about dreadful troubles.
However
, I am firmly convinced that gay
marriage
should be prohibited. To my mind, the foremost rationalisation for committing sexual disorientation
such
as gay
marriage
is considered to be illegal. There is no denying that LGBT
people
could possibly have sexually transmitted infections via intangible processes.
In addition
to
this
, those
people
will be reduced the population of human beings. A good case in point is in a part of a region in Indonesia where those who have an intimate connection with the same gender infected their partner with HIV and
this
led to AIDS plague.
On the contrary
, there will always be those who prefer legitimate gay
marriage
as a natural trend. No one can deny the fact that the LGBTQ community would protest if the government opted to ban gay
marriage
. Another equally important consideration is that some individuals have the free right to choose which person they would like to settle down with. A better example of
this
can best be provided by the United States. In
this
nation,
people
bear a golden opportunity to be married to whomever they wish, without being afraid of restriction from the local government. In light of
this
evidence, it is crystal clear that I tend to support the viewpoint that the LGBTQ community should be banned from getting married to avoid the health consequences.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
