Many people have the opinion that students of tertiary institutions should choose their field based on personal preference, whilst others argue that they should rather be encouraged to take up courses that would have more future benefits. In as much as it is easier and more fulfilling to be in one’s desired discipline, I believe it is of greater good to consider the possibility of a job opportunity in the long run.
Several parents purchase everything that their children want and let their kids do everything they desire. This essay will discuss that it is not a good idea because children don’t understand the value of things and it can lead to difficult adaptation in real life in the future.
It is widely accepted that, for most people, their daily working lives will not be spent in their dream jobs. Despite this, I do not feel that people should instead prioritise becoming a high earner above all other concerns.
Nowadays, college students often feel the urge to study courses outside of their primary discipline. Some argue that focusing solely on their main subjects should be prioritized. While dedicating attention to a major subject can result in excellent grades, I believe that learning additional courses will be more beneficial in the long run.
