It is too expensive to look after and repair old buildings. This money should be spent on Modern buildings instead. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In
this
cutting-edge era, it is too costly to care for and renovate ancient
buildings
.
Instead
of expanding funds on these
buildings
,
money
should be lavished on constructing modern
buildings
.
Although
I disagree with the given statement to a large extent, I
also
believe that spending
money
on new
buildings
would be better.
This
essay will discuss my opinion precisely in the subsequent paragraphs. To embark with, there are some reasons why
money
ought to be lavished on Modern
buildings
. The predominant one is that in
this
modern era, everything is changed
according to
time
. Nowadays, people need modern houses which are constructed with full of amenities. In ancient ,
buildings
there is not any kind of facility , so expanding funds on those
buildings
would not be helpful for today's generation.
According to
time
, individuals should
also
change their lifestyle.
However
, owing to numerous reasons why old
buildings
should be repaired rather than making new
buildings
.
Firstly
, people should save old
buildings
so they can remember ancient
buildings
for a long
time
. Whenever children explore these
buildings
they can enhance their knowledge about the past and can know about the differences between today's
buildings
and past
buildings
.
Secondly
, constructing new
buildings
could be more expensive as they have to construct from starting. By renovating older
buildings
people could save
money
as well as
time
. New
buildings
would take
also
too much
time
that they can spend on other things. In conclusion, I reiterate that repairing ancient
buildings
would be worthwhile,
for example
save memories for a long
time
and save
money
, but I
also
deem that modern
buildings
should be established by the masses so they can enjoy new amenities and cannot feel difficulty
while
living at home.
