Nowadays many people complain that they have difficulties getting enough sleep. What problems can lack of sleep cause? What can be done about lack of sleep?

It is argued that the majority of people have insomnia
this
century.
While
it has many drawbacks on the mental and physical health of each person, I personally believe that the combination of making policies about managing challenging lines of
work
with a focus on mental health care of staff by government authorities and balancing
time
work
individually can help humans to tackle the
issue
. There are a number of negative outcomes from lack of sleep. First and foremost, no one can ever deny the significance of insomnia nowadays. In fact,
according to
the latest figures released by WHO the rate of mental diseases is sharply increasing.
In addition
, most people tend to
work
really hard which means that they have hectic schedules, and it is lead to a large number of mental disorders.
For instance
, loneliness, depression and
in particular
insomnia.
Moreover
, we are living in the rat race of life and because of the modern lifestyle and hectic life, most people are prone to many various types of antisocial behaviour that contribute to aggressive behaviour in society.
Thus
, it can be said that
this
method of lifestyle can be caused increasing the rate of inappropriate behaviour in personal spaces and public areas. Some solutions are suggested to mitigate the
issue
. It is widely accepted that the government authorities should legislate more and more money to tackle the
issue
of managing challenging lines of
work
. From
this
point of view, they should focus on the mental health care of staff to help them have a calm and better life.
For instance
, companies should make a plan to prevent stress on their employees.
Furthermore
, each person needs recreational activities to release his or her pressure. from
this
perspective, they would try to balance their
time
of
work
individually.
As a result
, it is fair to say that balancing
time
work
is a significant manner to tackle the
issue
. In conclusion,
although
the modern lifestyle caused a lack of sleep these days. I personally believe that the combination of rules made by government authorities with balance
time
work
by individuals can help humans to tackle the
issue
.
